Direct Support Professional (DSP) (EA):

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) is someone who works directly with people who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. DSPs aim to assist people in realizing their full potential. They help people become integrated and engaged in their community. 

Services provided:

• 24 Hour Emergency Assistance (EA): On-call counseling and problem solving and/or immediate response for assistance at a person's home due to a health or personal emergency.
• Immediate response for assistance at a person’s home.
