Quality Care was founded in 2017 in Rochester, MN. Our CEO and Management have been in home health care for over 30 years. We are family-owned and operated. We understand that caring for a loved one with a disability can be difficult if one doesn't have the right training or experience. Not only can our agency assist with the care, we provide in-home family support to teach the skills that are necessary to live life to the fullest.
